Am working on promoting a new site, 247Learn, where you can get six months of access to various course packages (Microsoft Office Computing, Web Development, IT Professional, etc.) for only $60 each.
What to do when you can’t Google it ?

Lots of useful/useless info…
Can’t believe I never saw this site before (or remember it, at least ) and it’s been around since 1999: MetaFilter.com
Social Software
I was reminded today by an article about social networking sites in the WSJ (print, not online) of a list of such sites posted a couple years ago. The Meta List includes about 400 entries, all categorized, most of which are still up and running today, though the traffic and usage varies substantially.
eConsultant
This is the ultimate list of Web Development Links (and free ones, at that) including tutorials and tips, Web 2.0 applications and other web resources: eConsultant.com.
CrazedList
crazedlist.org allows you to choose any number of cities (or all cities in a state) and search a category. The results are displayed in separate frames within a results page.
Caution: seems to work ok in Firefox 2 and Netscape 8.1 but not IE 7 . (Listings are not displayed. Instead the city’s Craigslist page is presented with no drilldown.)
